Preferred Properties of Iowa, Inc. is involved in the sale and service of real estate in the Southwest Iowa counties of Adams, Taylor, Ringgold, Union, Adair, Clarke, Montgomery, Page, Cass, and Fremont. We are located in Lenox, Iowa, with Lenox as the center of our immediate trade territory. Our office is located in Lenox along the County Pavement N64 (4 lane) and should provide easy access for clients and travelers. Lenox is located about 100 miles southwest of Des Moines, Iowa; 100 miles to the southeast of Omaha, Nebraska, and about 125 miles north of Kansas City, Missouri.
We purposefully hold aerial maps, FSA aerial data, soil maps and plat maps as "by request only" because we want to find out about our prospective customers. If you see a property that peaks your interests, there is probably additional material available. Just call or email and we will provide you with a complete prospectus that contains that material and more.
