Michael has been the driving force of this company ever since its inception, and is a regional and national leader in the Land Brokerage industry. Michael is not only a nationally recognized expert in mountain ranch property in the Rocky Mountains, but he is also the National President of the REALTORS® Land Institute.
He is one of only 12 Accredited Land Consultants in Colorado and about 400 nationally. This is the highest National Designation a Land Broker can achieve. Michael is licensed in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana.
National and Regional leadership of Ranch Brokers has helped Michael to develop a huge network of Ranch Brokers over the years, an amazing benefit to his clients, whether buying or selling. This means Michael knows the market.
Michael has specialized in Ranch and Land sales for 16 years, and in the process has created innovative systems unique to the industry, that aid both his Buyers and Sellers. That, combined with his penchant for education, guarantee you the greatest coverage of your needs.
In addition to pure ranch sales, Michael has substantial experience with ranchland development. He has consulted for and sold numerous Preserved Ranchland Community projects over the years, ranging from 700 acres to 6,000 acres.
