Scott was raised in South Mississippi, and after receiving a Forest Management degree from Mississippi State University, he returned home to start a career and raise a family. He has been involved in timber management for over 23 years now. As owner of Lindsey Forestry Service, Scott has helped numerous landowners develop management plans for their properties to meet a variety of goals. Some landowners strive for maximum dollars per acre per year, while others want to increase the wildlife on their property. Most look for a happy medium.
