A fourth generation native of the Pikes Peak region, Kem Winternitz retired from her profession as a dance instructor and performer after 15 years and began her second career as a Real Estate Practitioner in 1990 in Apple Valley, CA. She moved back to Colorado in 1991 and was licensed in this state in February 1992.
