(Idaho) John Knipe, President of Knipe Land Company, has been selected to speak at the upcoming Annual Cattleman’s Convention.
This year’s National Cattle and Beef Council Annual Meetings and Convention will be February 3-5 in Nashville, Tennessee.
Knipe will speak at 1:00 pm on February 5, 2014. This is the beef cattle industry’s largest event with close to 10,000 ranchers, farmers,
and landowners are expected to attend this year’s National Cattle and Beef Council Annual Meetings.
John Knipe serves as President and broker of two Idaho based real estate companies and is part owner of a third real estate company situated in Oregon.
Knipe and his real estate companies are licensed to sell real estate in several states including: Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Washington, Nevada.
Knipe’s primary real estate company is Knipe Land Company. His company offers traditional real estate brokerage services, farm management services and
real estate consulting on a fee-basis. “We recently completed a comprehensive operations review and stratification analysis of one of the larger ranch operations
in the Northwest, which was done on a fee-consulting basis,”
Knipe Land Company traces its Idaho roots back 70 years to when they first open their doors in the Boise Valley in 1944. Knipe has won Idaho Land Realtor of the Year,
2013 “Board Certified” Land Broker of the Year for of the United States, over two dozen other marketing awards during his career, and had earned 9 advanced real estate
designations from the National Association of Realtors and other groups. Knipe is a Senior Instructor with the World Organization Land Federation. He has written
several books and real estate courses on real estate brokerage, land development, and farm and ranch real estate brokerage. Knipe served as and is the
“Past Regional Vice President” for the National Association of Realtors – Realtors Land Institute and is the “Past President” of The Idaho Realtors Land Institute.
Knipe is a member of the Idaho, Oregon, and California Cattleman’s Associations. Knipe’s father, Bill Knipe, was a “Founding Member” or “Charter Member” of the
National Cattleman’s Beef Association.
After the National Cattle and Beef Council Annual Convention, Knipe will travel on to California and also participate in the World Ag Expo. This is the largest
agricultural show and convention in the World. 170,000 farmers, rancher and other people will be attending. This year’s show will be in Talare, California, February 11-14.
Over the year’s, the firm has sold some of the largest ranches in Idaho and in the west including the sale of the largest contiguous ranch in the United States.
Knipe will be speaking on the “Ranch Real Estate Market”. The events will offer educational sessions to provide attendees valuable educational tips from
industry experts in informal, face-to-face, technology-friendly settings.
