Peggy Morgan, Broker/Associate with Aquatic Resort Properties International, has worked in the real estate field along the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida for the past 9 years. Although most of Morgan's experience is with water front and resort properties, she has also worked with Buyers and Seller of large hunting/timber land parcels. The area of NW Florida has a wide variety of properties available for recreational purposes. Morgan feels there is much to be discovered by many that are not aware of these vast opportunities.
Morgan has been an avid sports fisher for a number of years, of which saltwater fishing is her favored. She and her husband, Steve, annually fish in the world-wide recognized Destin Fishing Rodeo. Destin is known to have the largest charter boat fishing fleet in all of Florida.
Morgan has achieved her Certified International Property Specialist designation with hopes of reaching out to the international markets.
