Monster Lake Ranch

This beautiful ranch is approximately 8 miles from downtown Cody, Wyoming. It includes thousands of acres, beautiful lakes, open range and is in close proximity to Yellowstone National Park. Recreation Consistent stocking and management have made this a world class fishery.  Activities on the resort include guided fishing, pheasant/chukar hunting, horse trails for riding, geology and photography tours in the Rim Rocks.  Recreational lake actives are also available, including fishing, boating, skiing and more.  Nestled around the lake lie the improvements with plenty of room for expansion and development.  The opportunities are endless.

Water/Mineral Rights & Natural Resources The lake on the property consists of approximately 100 acres of surface water.

Location Access to Cody, Wyoming is convenient via Yellowstone Regional Airport (COD.)  This airport is located 15 minutes from the ranch and is open year round. The runway, which is 8,268′ x 100′, accommodates jet service.  This airport has a fuel provider and offers aircraft ground support.
