Martin Hunting Camp

This is the perfect setup for Deer Camp. Hunt this 120 Acres or roam into the adjacent, Ashland County forest. West 40 Acres is a mix of Hardwoods and Fir (this is where the outbuilding is located). East 80 is lower ground featuring springs, a small creek, and peat covered areas with mixed tamarack and fir. Several maintained trails, 1-food plot area - 3-box blinds - 50x30 pole building w/concrete floor - uninsulated - Borders Ashland County Forest to the east.
