Marias River Ranch

With 3192 total, (1498 Deeded) acres and almost 4 miles of Marias River frontage its easy to see why the Marias River Ranch is an ideal location for anglers, equestrians, outdoors lovers, bird, waterfowl, and big game hunters.  With a lush, cottonwood lined river bottom, rugged breaks rising to a vast bench of native grass or small grain, this landscape is awe inspiring.  We can imagine ourselves swimming or canoeing, exploring the draws and breaks by horse or ATV, testing the pools and runs looking for a big bass, cat or walleye, or searching for upland birds or a big buck with family or close friends.  The ranch is a great location for those looking for a small livestock or farming operation. The Marias River originates in the in Glacier National Park and is formed where Cut Bank Creek meets the Two Medicine River, flowing approximately 210 miles to its confluence with the Missouri River.  The River was first seen by the Lewis and Clark expedition in 1805 and was named for a cousin of Meriwether Lewis, Maria Wood.
