PUBLIC AUCTION! The Loranda Group, Inc. is pleased to offer for sale the Turner Farm, 84.16 acres located in McLean County, IL. This property will be offered in one tract at the February 8th auction. The farm is located 2.5 miles northwest of Bellflower, Illinois. This 84.16 parcel has 82.89 tillable acres and is unimproved. The predominant soil types on the farm are Elburn silt loam, Plano silt loam, Varna silt loam, and Ashkum silty clay loam and the P.I. is 134.4. At the 10:00 AM auction, the property will be offered in 1 tract and all bidding will be in dollars per acre. Bidding will not be conditional on financing and possession of the land will be given at closing. This tract also generates income from an existing wind agreement, which the Buyer will receive in future years. There is no crop lease in place for 2023, however, winter rye cover crop was sown in the fall of 2022. The new Buyer will reimburse the owner for these expenses at closing.
