Lay Peak Ranch consists of 571 +/- deeded acres and a 639 acre state lease that could be applied for by the Buyer. The winter of 2023 has blessed NW Colorado with incredible moisture which will bring tall grass in the spring! The ranch is owner rated for 100 pairs for 3 months because of its exceptional spring and early summer feed along with the solar well serving as the primary water source.
