This 169.44 acre property has been in CRP up until this year. It's flat, partially fenced dryland priced to sell that sits about 3/4 mile south of the town of Olney Springs. Zoned ag/res, usage is determined by Crowley County on a case by case basis. You can look into putting a house, horse operation, small business or any number of other uses on this property. This is 3 separate parcels with versatile water situation. Land This is flat dryland, with loam type soil, which has been in CRP until this year. Improvements Situated just 3/4 mile south of the town of Olney Springs, 3 parcels make up a total of 169+ acres and have great access and the possibility of multiple uses for a buyer. These parcels, as almost all in Crowley County, are zoned ag/res, which is its allowed use. All other requested uses are looked at by the county on a case by case basis. A water line runs along Lane 7, the western boundary of the properties. The owner has purchased 2 water taps/meters that can be placed at any of the 3 parcels based on desired use. The Crowley County Water Association is currently under a moratorium for new taps/meters, so having these are very useful. Also, there are three current well permits, one on each of the parcels.
