Stever Twin Lakes lots

Two large 4+ acre lots (Lot 2 - 4.57 acres and Lot 6 - 4.21 Acres) located in the EE hill Subdivision above Twin Lakes and right at the end of the pavement. Recreation Twin Lakes is the epicenter of outdoor recreation in Colorado.  Twin Lakes and Forebay Reservoirs offer fishing and boating with lake trout, brook trout, brown trout and rainbows being prevalent.  Downstream is the famous Arkansas River with rafting and flyfishing for brown and rainbow trout.  Just a bit further South is the Fourmile Recreation area which offers more than a hundred miles of ATV, mountain bike and hiking trails.   With Mt.
