The farm consists of ~213.3 acres of Sandy loam farmland in an area that is known to produce good yields and has been very well maintained. Improvements: There Is a large metal barn/shop located on the farm that has sliding doors on each end of the shop and has a concrete floor. There is a small trap near the barn that was used for livestock and an older Wood Barn for livestock and commodities that is located on the farm as well. The West boundary of the farm has a newer Barbwire fence that is shares with the neighbors along with the North fence line that is barbwire fencing. Lease: The current farmers are working with the landowners using a share crop of 1/3rds and 1/4ths. Minerals: The sellers are offering all the wind, water and solar rights with a reasonable offer.
