THE BEAR DEN - CABIN ON 10 ACRES

Black Bear Creek is a major creek in the area and will run water nearly all year long. There is an easement road/trail that cuts through the property to a couple of neighbor’s little cabins. The neighbors have the right to travel their trail but no one else does. It is not a public road! You’ll probably never know they went through.
