This is a very great piece of property that has a ton of hardwood trees and a gently sloping lot. The property is located just west of Sam's, near the turn off to Caterpillar and about a quarter of a mile down Cleveland Rd., turning right before Fresh Air Barbecue. There is county water available at the street. The Clarke County Zoning Department referred me to ACC.gov, code of ordinances, chapter 9-5 and said that the property is zoned Agricultural Residential and manufactured homes are allowed. I am not sure if the lot is subdividable. Also, I do not know if there are Rental Restrictions or not. I put yes, but I will check with planning and zoning to make sure.
