There are expansive views of the Chiricahua Mountains to the west and the Peloncillo Range to the east. The Rodeo and Animas, NM region features the darkest night skies in the continental US, which have attracted serious astronomers from around the world. Underground telephone and DSL internet are located at the property boundary. One would need a well and possibly a septic system to live full time on the property. The CCRs (subdivision restrictions) state that properties cannot be further subdivided, no full-time camper living, no single-wide manufactured homes.
