Ridge Unit C-11 is next to the San Sophia Station above and west of Coonskin Ridge Lane. (Corners of subject property are clearly marked in the field.) C-11 is an end building site that can accommodate a mid-sized home and has utilities to the property line, is ready to build on, and has views all the way to Utah and the Lizard Head Wilderness area with its three 14,000-ft peaks. C-11 is one of the most convenient units to the Alpine Club of Telluride. All Ridge at Telluride homeowners will receive free access (i.e., no dues) to the club, currently under construction. Unit C11 has easy ski-in/ski-out access and a gravel construction road built to the building site.
