These 2 parcels must be sold together. They are 2 lots from the now defunct Mystic Miner PUD. A buyer would have to petition Lawrence County P & Z to change the zoning on these parcels. Until a change of zoning would be approved the county will not issue a building permit. There is no approved road access either. Again that would need to be petitioned to the county P & Z.
