Classic log construction, seven bedroom rustic lodge is located in the small community of Dixie, Idaho which is surrounded by the Nez Perce National Forest. The property is bordered by 4th of July Creek and Crooked Creek. If you want a place to get away or want to start a recreational business, this is an excellent location. Currently being run as a lodge for an outfitting company, which can be purchased separately. It comes outfitted and features seven bedrooms, five full and half baths, a commercial kitchen, a 22+ seat dining area and large communal living room area. A historic barn built in 1892 sits on the property (functions as storage) plus horse corrals.
