Poteau Mountain North

Poteau Mountain North is a 538-acre tract that borders over 340,000 acres of the Ouachita National Forest.  This tract is primarily pine timber with a good mixture of hardwoods.  Access to this property is incredible with Poteau Mountain Road serving as the southern border. Located just a couple miles north of Waldron, Arkansas this property boasts a good amount of highway 71 road frontage. Land A cell phone tower is located just off the main gravel road.  A main transmission line splits this property and runs from north to south, offering incredible access to interior logging roads.  Several wet weather creeks can be found in the low areas. Recreation Hunting on this piece of ground is amazing, with large populations of whitetail deer, eastern wild turkeys, black bears, and wild hogs.
