The income produced for 632.50 acres is at a rate of $36.03 per acre expiring September of 2033 and the 24 acres at $32.49 an acre expiring October 2032. The CRP contracts bring a combined annual income of $23,569. Please note, if a new owner becomes the successor of the existing CRP contract, they must assume all obligations of the CRP agreement. There is also a grazing lease for the acreage providing an annual income as well. COMMENTS Very few ranches in this area come on the market with the income and opportunity for recreation.
