Directions: From Baldwin City, Kansas take S.H. 56 east 4 miles to E. 2100 Rd., then go north ½ mile to the farm on the right side of the road. (watch for signs).
Bidder Registration: All Bidders are required to bring a Cashier’s Check in the amount of $25,000 bidding deposit, made payable to Bidder and delivered to Auctioneer at the time of registration (on-site). Bidder’s must also present a bank letter or financial statement showing available funds up to any amount Bidder is qualified to bid.

General Description: This property will be sold to the highest bidder at a court ordered live (on-site) auction. The property consists of 78+/- acres, formerly utilized as a vegetable produce operation, nursery and row crop farm.
The property has a very nice stocked lake, developed with a silt pond and concrete overflow. There are gravel interior trails around the lake. The property also has a large produce warehouse w/ store front, machine sheds, (6) hoop-house style greenhouses with heat and electricity, and (2) mobile homes.
The large warehouse is approx. 200’ x 54’ and is insulated, heated, concrete floors, loading dock, and has an upstairs apartment and office area. Attached to the warehouse is approx. 30’ x 80’ store front. There is also a 50’ x 130’ machine shed and an additional 30’ x 55’ shop building. The are (2) mobile homes on the property and the east mobile home is currently rented. The rental payments are believed to be $900 per/month, (but not verified).
