The ranch is ideal for cattle grazing, quail feeding, and dove feeding, and if you enclosed the perimeter with game fencing, it would be perfect for African plains game (exotics) safari-style habitat. The remaining property has a diversified brush typical of the transition region from Hill Country to South Texas, which offers excellent deer forage and cover but not so thick you cant walk or graze through it.
