River Road Vineyards

Located in Hood, CA, “Grape Growing District 17,” The Property consists of two parcels totaling 183.9+/- acres with riverfrontage on the Sacramento River. There are 151.23+/- acres planted for Pinot Noir Wine Grapes. The vineyard’s irrigation water is delivered from two sources. Sacramento River via the North Delta Water Agreement and an AG well on the property. Spacing is 6’x 10’, all on drip irrigation. Clones are CL38, CL73, CL123, & CL71. The Levee System is maintained by the Central Valley Flood Protection Board, Maintenance Area #9; the board is charged with maintaining the integrity of the levee system.
