  • The Co-op was launched in 2018 by concerned brokers and agents by establishing LANDBrokerMLS.com as the only broker/agent owned listing website in the rural real estate industry.The Co-op enables all rural real estate professionals to participate as owner/Members and, to take control of relationships with land buyers and sellers and all associated listings and data and control ever increasing advertising costs. Every broker, agent, or appraiser who joins shares equal ownership and holds a unique voice and enjoys additional benefits that result from group buying power.

LAND Broker Sold Data

The LAND Broker Co-op knows how important your business is to you. Representing your client’s property and needs is your bread and butter. We at the Co-op understand this and want to give you every opportunity to accurately produce a useful CMA for your clients. There are not many places you can go for ranch, land, and farm sold data and have it protected.

Only Co-op Owner Members have access to sold data on LANDBrokerMLS.com (excluding listings in Non-Disclosure states). This data is not shared with the public, sold to others, or shared with technology companies. This data is only for Co-op Owner Members with login credentials and an active subscription to LANDBrokerMLS.com.

We stay true to the mission of the Co-op, enabling brokers and agents to control their data and privacy.

LAND Broker Co-op Membership

  • $95 per month or $990 annually for brokers and agents.

  • $55 per month or $640 annually for appraisers.
