Smith and Son Breeder Farm – Two House Farm in Barnwell County, SC

Smith & Son Breeder Farm is a two-house breeder operation located in Barnwell County, South Carolina, near the town of Williston. Situated on approximately 11+/- acres, the farm features two 40x400 breeder houses that were built in 2002. The operation is currently under contract with Amick Farms.

The houses are outfitted with Big Dutchman male and female feed lines, wood slats, Valco and Pax conveyor systems, and Lubing water lines. The farm is supported by two wells. Recent updates include the installation of new water lines in 2023 and rooster lines with recabling completed in 2022.

Smith & Son Breeder Farm offers a compact and well-equipped opportunity for someone looking to enter the breeder poultry business or expand their current production with an established farm under contract.
