The Springs Ranch is located in the north-central Texas counties of Clay and Montague. The property lies approximately 15 miles northwest of Bowie and about 10 miles southeast of Henrietta. The ranch is also a quick 90-minute drive to most parts of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
