Built in 2019, each of the four 45x600 poultry houses offers high-capacity production, raising a 35-day bird for Perdue on a 5.5 flocks-per-year schedule. With a projected gross income of $286,000, this operation is turnkey and income-producing. The farm spans 80+/- acres and includes a designated homesite, ready for future development.

In addition to the four active houses, the property includes eight retired 35x330 houses that could be repurposed for equipment storage, hay, or other farm use.

The poultry houses are equipped with Chore-Tronics 3 controllers for precise climate and flock management, ChoreTime C2 Plus feeders for efficient feeding, and Ziggity drinkers. Cadiant brooders provide optimal bird comfort, and LED lights with dimmers improve energy efficiency. Ventilation is supported by stir fans and tunnel doors. An alarm system provides added biosecurity and monitoring. Water is supplied by three wells, and the farm features a 30,000-gallon propane tank and a diesel generator for backup power.
