Organic Farm Summary

This very nice certified organic farm is located in northern Perkins County on County Road 324 (Road West D South from Keith County) and the County Line. This is approximately 4 miles west of Highway 61. The farm does have a two track trail road along the north boundary.

The farm has been operated as a certified organic farm since 2014. There is a grass buffer on the southern and eastern side of the farm.

100% of the cropland is currently as growing wheat and the Buyer shall receive the landlord’s share of the ‘25 wheat crop. Buyer will also pay Seller for inputs into the growing wheat crop including seed and crop insurance.
