The Hedrick Children Farmland Auction | 159 +/- Acres | Whiteside County, IL

The Hedrick Children Farmland Auction will offer 159 +/- surveyed acres in one tract, located 6 miles south of Rock Falls along Hoover (Highway 40) and Bell Road. The farm is improved with an 8-tower irrigation system and well, both included in the auction, along with additional drainage tile installed in 2011 and 2021. There are 143.52 FSA cropland acres carrying a soil PI of 105.5, of which 131.21 aces are irrigated. Approximately 6.5 acres are enrolled in CRP with an annual payment of $1,752 that expires in September 2026. There is no buyer’s premium being charged and open tenancy for the 2026 crop year.

The farm will be offered in a Virtual-Live Online Only Auction on Thursday, February 17th, at 10:00 AM. Bids can be made online by registering through the First Mid Ag Service’s mobile app or firstmidag.bidwrangler.com.
