The Co-op has launched the beta release of its Land Pro AI Property Chat across LandBrokerMLS.com. The chat interface now appears on every listing page, allowing visitors to ask questions about a property in real time, such as property use, access, utilities, amenities, and financing, or any additional questions they may have. The goal is simple: help serious buyers better understand a property without needing to conduct further research elsewhere. The tool keeps users engaged longer and makes contacting the listing agent feel natural.
We are already seeing measurable increases in time spent on site, as users interact with the chat and explore properties. The added engagement naturally moves the buyer along in the decision making process, and the conversation guides them toward contacting the listing agent for additional details.
Co-op Owner-Members can see a complete record of property chat history for each listing in their member dashboard and additional tools will follow soon!
This is a true beta release, and member feedback is critical. We encourage you to visit your listings, try the chat, and ask real questions.
