The Land Broker Co-op has launched Review with AI, a new built-in tool powered by our Land AI Agent that automatically reviews and improves your property listings before they go live. With a single click, the feature scans your Property Title and Property Description to correct spelling mistakes, grammar errors, punctuation issues, and common typos. It also identifies and removes special characters—such as emojis—that can interfere with properly syndicating listings across our site network. The result is cleaner, more professional listing content that saves time, reduces manual edits, and helps ensure your listings display consistently everywhere they appear.
Importantly, Review with AI does not rewrite or generate new content like a general-purpose AI chatbot. Your original wording, tone, and property details remain intact. This approach is intentional. Widespread use of fully AI-generated property descriptions is discouraged by Google and can negatively impact search visibility. By focusing on corrections rather than rewriting, this tool helps protect the authenticity of your listings while supporting strong SEO performance across the Co-op platform.
