Steven Atkinson

Steve Atkinson has been selling land in Utah and Idaho since 2010, from farms and lodges to multi-thousand-acre ranches and 1031 exchanges. He is Principal Broker for Utah with Fay Ranches and an associate broker in Idaho. Along the way he started building his own tools, and those became Pathcrest, AI software for land brokerage that RLI recently accepted as a Member Advantage Program Partner. He has taught AI workshops for the RLI Colorado Chapter and at the National Land Conference in San Antonio, has been a guest on RLI's Voices of Land podcast and other shows, and has written for Land Investor magazine. His focus is the AI practices that actually move the needle for land brokers. Steve is a Utah State grad and a former collegiate track athlete.
