Whitney Nash

Whitney Nash is the Owner of Above & Below 1031 LLC located in McKinney, TX. She provides 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary (QI) services throughout Texas and all 50 states. Whitney helps her clients comply with the 1031 rules and regulations of IRC Section 1031. She works closely with other industry professionals (Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Title Companies, Attorneys, CPAs, etc.) throughout the entire exchange process so that her clients can defer, or possibly never pay, taxes upon the sale of their real property. To help educate industry professionals and potential clients on the process, rules, and pitfalls to avoid, Whitney also teaches a 1031 exchange class locally that provides a broad overview of 1031 exchanges. Whitney lives in McKinney, TX with her husband, Jeff, their young son, and the sweetest shelter-rescue dog.
