Real Estate has been my career for the past several

decades. I literally started from the ground up. After

college my first job was as a residential carpenter.

From there I attended Law School at the University of

Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas, and graduated in

1977 with a Juris Doctorate in law and immediately

acquired my license as an Attorney. For the next 30

years the foundation of my law practice was real estate

and the ownership and operation of the first three title

plants in Arkansas totally computerized. During these

years I also became an expert in Oil & Gas and the

supervision of IRS 1031 Exchanges. In the year 2014 1

received an offer I could not refuse for the sale of my

Title Insurance Business and Law Practice. 1

immediately became a Member of the CCIM Institute

and received my CCIM Designation in 2018 and

became heavily involved in commercial and land

transactions as a licensed Real Estate Broker. My

education did not end there. Over the past several

years I have taken 90% of the real estate courses

offered by the RLI Institute and at the end of August of this year I will complete the required CCIM education for its Developer Specialty Designation.
