My career began with a basement bedroom, a $1.06 McDonald’s coffee, and an obsession for understanding what makes one parcel of Wisconsin land worth exponentially more than the one next to it. While generalist agents were busy chasing every suburban house they could find, I was studying property boundaries, soil maps, and rural market data.

Those early years taught me that in land sales, the details are the difference between a high-value exit and a failed listing. I realized quickly that Wisconsin landowners were being underserved by a generalist market, stuck in a "swamp" of incomplete data and agents who treated a multi-generational farm like a suburban ranch house.

To fix that, I committed to mastering this specialized space. Over the last 15 years, I’ve invested more than $150,000 into advanced education, earning my Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Real Estate and the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, alongside thousands of hours in the field. I didn't do it for the accolades. I did it to ensure I could provide the expertise your property requires and deserves.
