Jerrod Trainer

Jerrod A Trainer is the Broker/Owner/Founder of Jerrod A Trainer & Associates Real Estate Brokerage, Marketing, & Advisory Firm. Jerrod’s passion is all things land primarily focusing on land, plantations, timberland, farms, estates, hunting, ranches, ag land, and other high quality real estate. Jerrod got licensed in early 2020. During his real estate career he has sold 200+ units to date with the majority being land sales. In 2023 soon after meeting all education, and experience requirements Jerrod quickly got his broker’s license. In January 2024 Jerrod decided to leave the brokerage firm he worked for to pursue opening his own real estate brokerage firm. Jerrod is currently a licensed real estate broker in three states. Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Jerrod enjoys a strong connection with the land. He grew up on a small farm, and is an avid outdoorsman. His love for hunting, and fishing started soon after he was able to walk. When he’s not helping folks buy, and sell land he’s most likely enjoying time in the outdoors. Jerrod is very passionate about land, and serving those folks buying, and selling land. He cares deeply about the needs of his clients, and always goes the extra mile to ensure they’re satisfied.
