Neal Flathers

Neal Flathers is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas and Oklahoma and a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors® and Oklahoma Association of Realtors®. Neal has been in the farm and ranch real estate business for over 20 years and joined Clift Land Brokers in 2000.

Coming from an agriculture finance and education background, Neal has the knowledge and experience needed to navigate through even the most complex real estate transaction.

Neal graduate from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Prior to getting into real estate, Neal was a Vocational Ag teacher at Gruver High School and worked as an agriculture lender in the banking industry.

Neal lives in Perryton, Texas with his wife Janice and manages our Perryton Branch Office.
