Susan Myers

Sue originally obtained her real estate license 15 years ago for the benefit of her family’s construction/design company and personal investing endeavors. As time has passed, she’s represented both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sales process in Residential, Ranch, and Land transactions, with special knowledge of Water Rights. She draws upon her previous experience as a business owner and from 12 years in sales, service, and marketing to assist clients in navigating their way to achieve their real estate goals and vision.

As a member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors and Re/Max Real Estate Group, Sue has invested in education specifically geared toward real estate, including but not limited to obtaining the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource), and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert). Sue is currently a 5-year Board Member of the Colorado Chapter of the REALTORS Land Institute (RLI), and most recently, obtained the prestigious ALC designation (Accredited Land Consultant) in 2019.

Sue has been a member of the Peak Producers every year since 2012, which recognizes the top 10% of real estate agents in the Pikes Peak Region. Sue was a finalist to join the ELITE 25.
