Millwood Lodge is a turn-key sportsman’s paradise that encompasses 167 +/- acres of premier hunting land in the beautiful Chappell Mill area of Laurens County. Millwood Lodge provides excellent access throughout the property with a well maintained, lengthy road system. The habitat features plantation-style Pine stands, Hardwoods, and several openings. The open areas include a 9 +/- acre dove field/ food plot, 9 +/- acre pasture, 6 +/- acre continental tower shoot field, and other smaller pasture/ food plot areas.

A covered 14 bay dog kennel is based on a concrete slab. If you are hosting a field trial or other sporting events, there are six RV hookups with water and power. Millwood Lodge provides the opportunity for a business operation as a hunting preserve, corporate retreat, wedding venue, or short-term rental.
