3 Acres of Residential Acreage in Bloxom

Secluded 3.0-acre water view lot located about 1.5 miles from Guard’s Shore public beach. Could be a nice spot for a hunting cabin, vacation, or permanent home. There is a public boat ramp about 4 miles away. Septic was installed in 1989 but has never been used and operation is unknown. Lot is about 20 minutes to NASA Wallops Flight Facility and the local hospital. Brent Edwards 757-709-0029; bedwardsesva@gmail.com.
