Yar-Bar-O Ranch

Just 7 miles south of Spofford, off of Hwy 131, lies the 662-acre Yar-Bar-O Ranch. This ranch has been in the same family for almost 25 years and only hunted by friends and family.  With larger neighbors, this ranch encompasses an abundance amount of wildlife. This turnkey low fence hunting ranch comes equipped for this year's hunting season, including deer blinds and fully functional corn/protein feeders.

Improvements: A manufactured doublewide setup sits at the ranch headquarters for a camp house or full-time residents, along with a shed to keep your ranch vehicles out of the summer elements.

Wildlife: The ranch has abundant wildlife, with nice bucks being harvested in past years. With this ranch being low fence, a lot of wildlife passes through this area often. You can find typical South Texas animals here including whitetail deer, hogs, turkey, dove, and quail.

Water: This ranch has a few different water sources. Three water storage tanks sit next to the house. In the pasture, there are several earthen ponds, and low-lying draws that hold water well. The last water source is the York water line that runs from the York Ranch headquarters in Brackettville, this waterline is only for water troughs and the house.

Vegetation: The Yar-Bar-O Ranch has mesquite trees scattered throughout, a few Yucca plants and vast brush varieties that make great browse for the wildlife.

Minerals: Owner believes to own 100% of the minerals but a portion of them are negotiable.
