DB Ranch

Located West of Kendalia, Texas with frontage on FM 473 this 126 acre ranch is a blank canvas ready for the new owner. The ranch has 2 wells on it with one currently in use in the Southern end of the ranch and another in the North end of the ranch that currently is not used and the condition is unknown. There is an old barn used for storage and livestock utilization as well as a small set of working pens.There is also a storage building ( conex container ) used for storage as well.

Oak and elm trees along with other native tree species are on the ranch and there is one old field in the Southern part of the ranch. Game includes white tail deer and axis deer as well as turkey and other wild game.
