Aside from providing great cover for wildlife, the oaks provide fantastic forage for the deer and hogs when the acorns start dropping. The clearings and hay meadow make ideal food plot locations to catch the wildlife out in the open. The hay meadow could also be converted to a large feed field for waterfowl as well that would be ideally located between the river and the oxbow in the SE corner of the property.

White-tailed deer, wild hogs, turkey, and waterfowl frequent the property.
