Stevenson South Park Ranch

Welcome to the Stevenson South Park Ranch. This amazing 320-acre ranch provides the true privacy and autonomy of an off-grid ranch while maintaining access to all of the amenities of Colorado Springs, which is about an hour drive from the ranch. Land The 320-acre property has the primary well that is used in the house as well as the barn in the summer.  There is an additional historic “hand dug” well with a solar pump at the barn that could be improved and permitted for additional use.  The property has been enrolled in the Landowner Preference Program for years and typically receives an antelope license every couple of years.  The barn is a huge 4,080 square feet, perfect for horses, a workshop, or just about anything your imagination can dream up.

Improvements The 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, ranch house consists of a 2,030 square foot cedar sided two story home with large deck off of the living room.  The main floor features the kitchen which is open to the dining and family room area.  There is a wood stove in the living room that can provide additional heating for the home, as well as large windows which provide for passive solar heating in the winter months.  The large primary suite has plenty of room for a king bed and additional sitting area.  The walk in closet gives ample space for all of your clothing needs.  Each room has a nearly unobstructed view of South Park and the surrounding mountains.  Downstairs are the 2 guest bedrooms and guest bath, with walk-out access for privacy and convenience.

Recreation Some of the activities in the area include the Gold Medal fishing waters of the “Dream Stream” South Platte River as well as bank and boat fishing on Spinney Mountain and Elevenmile Reservoirs.  Park County is well known for its ample fishing options, and the thousands of acres of nearby National Forest provide hunting, hiking, and other amazing adventure opportunities.  The ranch is approximately 30 minutes from Fairplay and just over an hour from Breckenridge Ski Resort.
