Etown Woodlands

Etown Woodlands is a 102 acre mostly forested property ½ in Lancaster and ½ in Lebanon County in a rural setting.  Although the property is in a rural setting, it’s only 15 minutes from downtown Hershey, 20 minutes to Harrisburg International Airport and 30 minutes to downtown Lancaster.   This is an ideal location to build your home, cabin or have land to hunt as there is an abundance of deer sign on the property.  A small stream runs through a portion of the land that adds to the beautiful landscape.  It was logged roughly 10 years ago and consists of a mix of hard and softwood.  90% of the land is wooded so it would be a very private location to have as a residence.  It’s zoned agricultural and the current code allows up to 4 single family residences.
