As you enter the driveway you are surrounded by 175 year old majestic live oaks, camellias, and azaleas before arriving at the beautiful 4500+/- sq..ft. Historic Plantation Home. It has double piazzas and heart pine flooring throughout. The Great Hall opens onto two formal parlors and two back parlors. The dining room is accessed via one of the parlors that leads to the kitchen and laundry room. There is a bedroom with a private sitting room and full bath. There is also a powder room, as well as several rooms that can be used for reading, music or relaxing.

The third floor has three bedrooms and two full baths with a hallway leading to the piazza overlooking the beautiful grounds. There are a total of ten fireplaces. The ground floor consists of a former dining room, mechanical room, and a warming room with two false fireplaces used to keep food warm when there was an outside kitchen. Today most of the area is used for storage. There is also a powder room and utility sink.

Behind the house there is a beautiful brick courtyard with a brick fire pit canopied by majestic live oak trees. There are three historic original out buildings consisting of two commissaries and a cotton storage buildings. There is a four bay garage with an attached billiards room.

A one and half acre +/- stocked fish pond with a dock for fishing or just relaxing and enjoying the view. An excellent road system that transverse the woodlands, agriculture fields and food plots. Whitetail deer, turkeys, dove and small game call this property home. This area is known for its excellent wildlife populations.
