14+/- Acres Hunting / Recreational Switzerland County

If you've been looking for a hunting property, this one is worth a look! These 14 acres (subject to survey) are mostly cedar woods, with some oak and maples throughout, which give deer plenty of cover.

A trail takes you to the top, where a small clearing is ready to become a food plot. Right next to it is a good-sized water hole. Food, water and cover all sit in one spot.

Three ridges give deer natural travel routes through the property, and they're using them. The woods are loaded with deer trails and giant scrapes, so this ground already has activity.

There's also a small area that could be cleared for a campsite for weekend hunts or a quiet getaway. Electric and public water are available at the road.

Properties like this don't come along often. For more information or a private showing, contact Land Specialists Dylan & Katelyn Badinghaus at 513-508-6490.
