The auction will feature a 2-minute soft close, with 2 minutes added to the bidding time for bids received during the extended bidding period. All auction lots will be linked and will remain open for bidding as long as at least one lot continues to receive bids during the extended bidding period. No Buyer's Fee. High bid is subject to Seller confirmation per auction lot within 48 hours of midnight on the day of the auction. A $5,000 nonrefundable down payment per auction lot is required from the successful bidder. Property is being sold AS IS with no warranties. Closing shall take place on or before November 9, 2026. Seller reserves the right to entertain offers prior to the conclusion of the auction under the auction terms. If Seller accepts an offer prior to the scheduled auction closing, Seller reserves the right to cancel the auction.
